Our company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the rental period.
7. Insurance:

Renter is liable &  responsible
 for any loss or damage not covered by insurance.
8. Delivery and Pickup:

Delivery and pickup services are available and may incur additional charges.
The renter must ensure accessibility and readiness for equipment delivery/pickup.
9. Fuel:

Equipment is provided with a full tank of fuel.
Renter is responsible for refueling before return; charges may apply if returned without a full tank.
10. Late Returns:

Late returns are subject to additional charges.
Notify us in advance if an extension is needed.
11. Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery.
Failure to cancel may result in charges.
12. Governing Law:
